Squirrels and Bird Cages

I have officially finished my first summer sewing project! So far there have been a few disappointing projects (failed harem pants, failed bikini, etc.), but this one turned out perfect! Introducing my Ikea canvas, fully lined, somewhat abstract beach bag!



Please forgive the bad picture, it is hard to really capture how wonderful it is. But it is truly wonderful!

So a good friend of mine Jeff Perry agreed to photograph me for this here blog. He is as you can see very talented. We had a great time, and this is what a poncho looks like when you aren't wearing a shirt underneath!

Xena- Warrior Princess & Fashion Icon

Obvs the cutest head wrap ever, this photo also has Alti the Sauwoman that Xena impales on a tree branch, before her epic death she rocks the tribal style hard as well.


Gabriel's laced up crop top and gorgeous suede skirt are to die for! She is a peaceful nature goddess.



Okay I don't know about you but I would kill to have this top for the beach. Beading! Fringe! Xena!
